It’s been our busiest spring ever and it’s been exciting to see the wide range of projects we’re working on at Elixir! Starting with weddings, we’ve recently shot at the Houstonian Hotel in Houston, JW Marriott in Chicago and are going soon to Shreveport, LA and Omaha, NB to film more wedding weekends for our great clients!
High school drill team season is complete and we’re in the midst of editing three schools’ Year in Review DVDs and spring shows. It’s fun to watch the girls perform and observe the different schools’ traditions!
Two area schools have hired us for promo videos, as well as a local theatre.
As always, so thankful to have these amazing clients and can’t wait to see what the rest of 2013 holds in store!

With fall on the horizon in Texas, we here at Elixir Entertainment are thrilled to be involved with so many different and exciting new video projects. As the school semester begins, we’ve started work on a new Making Of video for Parish Episcopal’s The Little Mermaid and we’re also underway on Year in Review videos for the Pearce Pacesetters and Plano Sr High Planoettes!
Wedding season continues with a fun Labor Day event this weekend and a celebration in Ft. Worth later in September!
For families with younger children, we continue producing cool Bar/Bat Mitzvah videos and are in the middle of a really fun “Call Me Maybe” music video right now. These Mitzvah Movies are above and beyond standard montages and are a ton of fun to work on…Up next, a James Bond parody!
On our corporate side, Elixir Video recently finished a 30th Anniversary promo for Gemini Lighting/Sound/Video, a clip for the American Cancer Society, and Dream Doctors, which is a foundation that uses professional clowns in serious medical trauma areas for the patients.
As you can see, lots going on – – but a big THANK YOU as always to our amazing clients for giving us these opportunities!
