Very excited to now be able to offer aerial shots to our Elixir projects! With a brand new DJI Phantom 4 drone, we can enhance the look of your wedding, performance, corporate promo, real estate venture and more! The footage is recorded in amazing 4K and can easily mesh with what we shoot on the ground, to create a perfect video for whatever you might be needing.

Summer 2016

In Dallas, our Elixir season slows down mid-July thru Labor Day, so it’s time for a little sabbatical and I’m heading overseas for a little adventure thru Greece! Pics & videos coming soon of course!

Bar/Bar Mitzvah Season

Just so lucky to have such great clients here at Elixir. It’s almost spring and we’re in the midst of Bar and Bat Mitzvah season. In 2016 we have already been a part of some really great events and just wanted to say THANK YOU.
If your son or daughter has a mitzvah coming up – we do book pretty far in advance, but Elixir can take care of all the video needs, from a montage to coverage of the service and party – as well as a slow-mo video booth and webcasting! See elixir.net for more info.

Wedding Proposal

For a few years now I’ve been really wanting to secretly film someone’s wedding proposal. Well yesterday, Thanksgiving, in the rain, I had the special opportunity to film Kyle proposing to Samantha, at the same spot his father had proposed many years ago.

Kyle & Sam had been dating for five years and she was pretty surprised to be dropped off at a random park in Carrollton in the rain. Check out what happened..

A fun-filled fall at Elixir

Such amazing variety in the work we produce continues to be the spark that elevates our videos! With the weather finally cooling down in DFW, we wanted to share a few different images from current projects. In association with Parish Episcopal School, we are working on a great behind-the-scenes documentary on the Making Of “Lion King Jr.”It’s also gala season and Elixir participates in many different fund-raising campaign projects, including a new video for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation.

Friday nights are constantly booked as we film high school drill teams at football games across the area. These “Year In Review” videos are shown at the girls’ banquets to highlight their season on drill team.

Finally, stay tuned for highlights from our second Florida destination wedding of the year! Elixir heads to South Beach in mid-Oct for what will sure be a wedding to remember!

Summertime, 2015!

It’s been an extremely rainy and grey May so far, but summer season at Elixir is looking anything but gloomy! So excited to have completed a record spring with some outstanding events, including 4 different high school drill team revues, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs and school recitals! We’re heading to Florida FOUR times in 2015 for business trips – including two beach weddings!

On the corporate side of things, Elixir Video is heading to Bangor, Maine to continue working on our medical aviation promo for 7Bar. Can’t wait to fly in a chopper over the gorgeous Arcadia National Park! Several other promo videos are in the works, including one for Joe Funk Construction.

PS – We’re still looking to secretly film a wedding proposal. This can be done FREE of charge! Imagine how cool that footage would be 🙂 Any interested guys out there, please call or email for info..

Happy 2015!

It’s exciting to look ahead to what the next 12 months might bring for Elixir and our clients!

We have many mitzvahs and wedding weekends already booked, including a trip to Florida for a destination event! In a couple weeks, we return to the Four Seasons at Las Colinas for the 2nd of two sisters’ weddings, which will likely be just as memorable and emotional as the first! Following that up is a trip to Israel, where the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas has hired me to produce a promotional highlight clip of the mission trip to Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Other fun projects already lined up are a corporate conference in Orlando, an event photography seminar in Las Vegas, a follow-up to our promotional series for Colleen Rothschild Makeup, and many more great videos that you can view on our Vimeo and Facebook pages once they’re ready 🙂
